The Art of Writing Pedagogical Innovations for Teaching Journals in Business Disciplines

Abstract

In recent years there has been a dramatic increase in the number of teaching journals published in the business disciplines, including the Journal of Human Resources Education.  While these journals vary in the scope of what they publish, most publish a variety of teaching innovations, such as exercises, cases and simulations, which have been newly developed.  This paper provides some guidelines regarding how to best write up pedagogical innovations for submission to teaching journals.
