Tom J. Sanders, University of Montevallo

Tom J. Sanders is an Assistant Professor, Stephens College of Business, University of Montevallo.  Dr. Sanders received his MBA from Samford University and a Ph.D. with a concentration in strategic management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.  A former healthcare executive, he teaches organization and management theory, leadership, and human resource management.
